Wiktoria Krol

Having previously completed her student training with AVR, Wiktoria joined the team in December 2024 as a Registered Veterinary Nurse after completing her studies and graduating from Edinburgh Napier University in September 2024. Wiktoria's dissertation topic focused on the adverse behavioural effects the Covid-19 pandemic had on puppies, but her key interests in medicine and surgery led her back to referral nursing at AVR.

Diagnostics and scrubbing into theatre to assist the Vet are Wiktoria's favourite things to do at work. On her days off, Wiktoria spends her time caring for her own pets - two cats and border collie - reading, and trying new crafts... Unfortunately, the water painting and knitting hasn't stuck but she is trying her hand and having more success with crocheting!
