Bethany joined the AVR Reception Team in May 2026, bringing several years of experience in a variety of customer service roles.
She is passionate about delivering excellent customer care and always strives to ensure clients receive a warm, friendly, and positive experience.
At AVR, Bethany's responsibilities include welcoming clients and their pets, providing administrative support, processing insurance claims, and coordinating referrals.
Outside of work, Bethany enjoys keeping active at the gym and taking her three-year-old Husky/Shepherd cross, Hulk, on long walks.
