Erin joined the AVR Reception team in March 2024, bringing several years of experience across various customer service roles. Since relocating to Kingswells in August 2024, Erin has been supporting both AVR and our partner practice, Bridge Vets. Erin's responsibilities at AVR include greeting clients and their pets, managing general administrative tasks, processing insurance claims, and coordinating referrals. One of the most rewarding aspects of working across both practices is building strong relationships with clients and their pets. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, as well as exploring different parts of the world.
