Arranging an Appointment

A referral should be made by your primary care vet direct to us.

Should you wish to arrange an appointment

A referral should be made by your primary care vet. This is your regular vet who your pet will often see frequently for routine treatment. Should your primary care vet need to refer your pet for investigative work or treatment, they will complete and submit a referral form – this could be completed online via our website, via telephone or email.

Once your primary care vet has submitted a referral with the necessary documentation you will be contacted by a member of our friendly reception team.

They will then register you and your pet on our system and arrange a suitable appointment.

Should you have any questions regarding your referral or your pet’s insurance, please speak to a member of the team who will be happy to assist you.
